Aquatic Gardeners Association Photo Contest

Thanks to all of you who participated in the AGA photo contest. There were some very nice photos of some very nice tanks. It's nice too be able to SEE how well people are doing in this wonderful hobby!

   1st		A Siamese algae eater sitting on Anubias barteri leaf, Alternanthera reineckii on left next to Samolus valerandi. Vallisneria tortifolia and Ludwigia repens in background; ruffled leaf of a Cryptocoryne balansae to the left. Photograph was shot with Fujica ST701 SLR, 55mm lens using Fuji professional NPH 400 ASA film at F5.6, sp15 available light and tripod The tank was illuminated with four 4-foot fluorescent lights.
   2nd		Nymphaea cf. 'attraktion' and Salvinia auriculata in outdoor pond.
   3rd		Lobelia cardinalis, Alternanthera reineckii, Microsorum pteropus and Vallisneria natans. Kodak Gold 400 ASA, F16 sp2.
